Summer paddling to come

Riding the Trumpet at Trumpet Falls on the Sermenzina Complete 2022 Trip Review Due to the ongoing pandemic, possible travel & movement restrictions, there has been uncertainty as too when a more normal situation may start to come back. The next phase appears to be “living with the virus“, much akin to regular winter flu is the desired state of affairs. However in many of our core destinations, there are still very specific nation regulations in place at this time, and although come spring time, a general ease of travel should be possible, uncertainty remains. see Reopen Europe for details. Over the past weeks, a complete review of the 2022 programme offer has taken place. A main area of consideration is our normal use of shared accommodation, which is common place on our teaching trips. Therefore for our all inclusive option is presently only available to closed group bookings or for individual’s wishing to take a single room accommodation option. To maintain operational capacity we have completely expanded our Coaching/Guiding Only provision across all our core destinations. Through our local partnerships we have managed to secure local rental kayaks for all out trips to ensure everyone gets a premium kayak to use. It is refreshing that the brand awareness of Gene17Kayaking, continues to reach far and wide. Our popular destinations, such as Valsesia in May and Sjoa in summer have started to see strong bookings. Presently the earlier programme has seen strong web traffic, but few bookings. This may reflect the current uncertainty. However we plan to be in both Slovenia from March and Corsica in April. Come and get on some classic water white with us in spring. Outstanding Booking Promise All outstanding bookings from 2019 onwards will be honoured. In operating for 20 years, our place in kayaking is based on full service with personal coaching, where integrity and clarity of purpose are central to our values. We are managed in a fiscally prudent manner, which ensures as directed by Tour Operator law, all payments are secure up until the trip start dates.
